Wonderful London

Wonderful LifeAt 7 p.m. on Wednesday 18th July, Smoke is organising an event at Rough Trade East (Brick Lane) in collaboration with the BFI to mark the release of Wonderful London, a new DVD of travelogues about our city made in the 1920s by Henry B Parkinson and Frank Miller. St Etienne’s Bob Stanley will be DJing a special mini-London soundtrack for the night, and of course we’ll be there too, as will some other lovely speakers from the BFI. It’s free to get in, you just turn up on the night, and Rough Trade will be selling beer and wine. For more information, visit the Rough Trade website!
